1. Makeskin for scars

  1. Makeskin: Regenerative Cream For Scars
    1. "Favors the restoration of elasticity and softness of the scar tissue and the recovery of skin function."
    2. Ingredients: Hexyldecanol, hexyldecyl laurate, betaine, cetearyl alcohol, potassium cetyl phosphate, tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), sodium hyaluronate (the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid), acrylates/vinyl isodecanoate crosspolymer, sodium DNA (PDRN), caprylyl glycol, 1,2 hexanediol, sodium hydroxide, tetrasodium EDTA, Allium cepa (onion extract), tropolone.
Keloid-type connective tissue hypertrophy is also inhibited by another component of Makeskin, namely 10% onion extract (allium cepa), known for its suppressive action on fibroblastic proliferation. The final aesthetic aspect of the scar is also fundamental, which is notoriously compromised by a prolonged state of inflammation, which alters the hydration and elasticity of the regenerated tissue.
Precisely to reduce the levels of inflammation, the cream contains 1% vitamin E , a powerful antiradical, and 1% hyaluronic acid , with a highly moisturizing and protective action. These two components, together with the nucleotides , also favor the attenuation of signs and symptoms possibly related to a state of inflammation in the scar itself: erythema, burning and itching above all.
I find it particularly interesting to point out that all the active components mentioned are natural substances, tested, perfectly tolerated , and that the product is free of preservative agents. The latter must be applied twice a day, in the morning and in the evening, on the scar area of interest, with a light massage and for a period of at least 1-2 months. It is precisely in the early stages of scar remodeling that we can intervene most effectively, with the help of our patients, in minimizing any type of imperfection related to alterations in the skin regeneration process, making the scars that occur aesthetically always better.^

2. Turnover

Turnover (by Mastelli)^

"Turnover is a useful support to be applied to the skin after episodes of redness, irritation, dryness, scarring, exposure to solar and UV radiation and other skin stress phenomena of various kinds, to protect and keep the epidermis in good condition.

"The functional active ingredient of the cream is represented by a mixture of nucleotides extracted from natural sources (fish and yeast). Replenishing the skin tissue with Nucleotides means increasing the capacity for renewal by promoting cell turnover (renewal). Furthermore, thanks to the abundant presence of hydrophilic groups in the molecule, the Nucleotides are able to give the product marked emollient and moisturizing properties, lasting over time, acting in a dermoplastic and restorative sense to restore the functional properties of the skin."

Ingredients:
aqua, caprrylic / capric triglyceride, cetearyl alcohol, methylpropanediol, polysorbate 60, glyceryl stearate citrate, caprylyl glycol, ethylhexylglycerin, dimethicone, tetrasodium EDTA, sodium DNA (PDRN), sodium RNA (Believed to increase elastin and microcirculation. "Used to treat eczema and psoriasis, as well as hives and shingles."), acrylates / vinyl isodecanoate crosspolymer.

4. Alg-PDRN Hydrogel

Alg-PDRN (a PDRN alginate hydrogel). for diabetic wound healing After 12 days of daily injection with PDRN in an incisional skin wound model...

The Alg-PDRN hydrogel could be applied to efficiently repair diabetic skin wounds to a comparable degree as the conventional PDRN-injection method, thereby reducing the inconvenience to patients... indicating the great potential for its use in non-invasive diabetic wound healing... the Alg-PDRN hydrogel effectively induced cell proliferation and expression of angiogenic growth factors and promoted new blood vessel formation. Its effectiveness for accelerated diabetic wound healing was also confirmed in an in-vivo animal experiment using a diabetic mouse model. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7546631/

4. Makeskin for facial anti-aging

(Seemingly not good for lichen sclerosus because it uses Uplevity, an ingredient designed to tighten skin and reduce facial sagging.)

Beauty Repair Emulsion

    1. Nucleotides (PDRN), substances of natural origin capable of reinforcing the production of collagen and helping to improve the texture and tone of the skin;
    2. Hyaluronic acid of different molecular weights to provide hydration and firmness to the skin from depth to surface;
    3. Vitamin E, an anti-oxidant active that protects against free radical aggression and repairs the skin;
    4. Uplevity
      1. Increases elastin and collagen, and "upregulates key genes to cellular cohesion through focal adhesions (talin, zyxin, integrins)."
      2. "Contributes to skin firmness by over-expressing genes involved in cellular cohesion due to focal adhesions (FAs) that are the interference between the actin cytoskeleton and extracellular matrix (ECM)."^
    5. Chromocare: "an active ingredient that improves skin uniformity and radiance."
      1. "The efficacy of Chromocare has been proven with several in vitro tests showing the reinforcement of structure molecules, the action on inflammatory mediator and free radicals, and the direct effect on pigmentation."^
      2. Ingredients
        1. Butylene Glycol: a base that moisturizes.
        2. Sigesbeckia Orientalis (St. Paul's Wort): anti-inflammatory.
        3. Rabdosia Rubescens (Isodon): antioxidant^, anti-cancer^, anti-inflammatory^
