Interface will not be configured if I run inst.ks=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Linuxfabrik/kickstart/main/lf-rhel.cfg lftype=cis ip=192.0.2.30::192.0.2.0.1:255.255.255.0:::none nameserver=192.0.2.2

Tested on RHEL 9.

BTW, it doesn't even work if I provide all details like hostname and name of the interface (inst.ks=https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Linuxfabrik/kickstart/main/lf-rhel.cfg lftype=cis ip=192.0.2.30::192.0.2.0.1:255.255.255.0:myhostname:ens192:none nameserver=192.0.2.2)
