Design deviations on settings screen

Expected behavior

The blur should be the only appearing or disappearing element on the wallet page, the other elements shouldn't jump or shake.

Update the settings page UI design(icons, font size , subheadings , sections, spacing) according to this design.

Actual behavior

• When users toggle the discreet mode on and off, the whole widget of the token and transaction list juggles.

• The general Icon and privacy policy icon are not in shape.
