CNC I O Module List
This is a list of all existing CNC I/O modules. Click on on the links to go to a full page for specific module which lists the CNC I/O Module Sockets that can be used and the machine definitions required for those sockets.
Adds connectivity to switches (limit switches, probes, buttons, etc) with robust protection against noise and voltage spikes using Optocouplers, filtering and Schmitt triggers.
For high current AC/DC switching (Spindles, Coolant, Vacuums, Valves, etc).
4x 5V buffered output for lasers, PWM, spindle direction control, spindle enable, external relays, etc.
Used with spindle controllers that require a 0-10V analog voltage for speed control.
Used to control spindle VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives)
For spindles using Brushless RC Motors.
To control high current devices.
Screen to display basic machine status.

Build and test your own module. This a breadboard version of a CNC I/O Module. It allows you to easily create a test circuit or "one off" module for your CNC machine.
(Control Dynamixel Servos)
Coming soon on Tindie...
- Plasma THC (Torch Height Control)
- LCD / MPG (Pendant)
- DC Servo Motor
- 5V Power Supply (puts 5V onot the main controller. Allows controller designs with less circuitry)
- Adjustable P/S if you need a custom voltage derived from VMot.
- JTAG (Easy to add JTAG debugging)
- Solid State Relays
- Higher voltage inputs (for 6V-30V proximity switches)
- Expansion Module (Adds More sockets)
