Gun doesn't fire in the Canon Coaching Gunman minigame if above 60 fps. Disabling the fps unlock in the INI fixed the issue. The Swordsman version of the Canon Coaching minigame works fine at 120 fps though.
Would an option that uncaps fps in cutscenes, but keeps the cap in place for minigames be possible?

Thanks for reporting this, at the moment the FPS uncap fix is very simple and just removes the ability to cap FPS entirely. I will look and see if I can add some logic to it so that it uncaps FPS only when in cutscenes.
I remember the other Yakuza/Like a Dragon games having FPS caps during minigames so I assume they have some logic tied to framerate in there.
Can you give this version a try? I have changed the behaviour of the FPS uncapping to only affect cutscenes. I've tested out 2 minigames and they both cap at 60fps as expected.
