Applying Recall Enchantment removes ability to create Recovery Capsule #97

Minecraft: 1.12.2
Capsule: Latest version

Steps to Reproduce:

Create a Capsule with contents.
Confirm that you can make multiple Recovery Capsules as needed.
Apply Recall enchantment to Capsule.
Attempt to create Recovery Capsule.

Expected Behavior: After applying Recall Enchantment, we should still be able to make Recovery Capsules.

Actual Behavior: Unable to make Recovery Capsules.
