i spawn this vehicle called entity MT and when i want to change the spoiler and choose one, the game just crashes.

That's because the specific spoiler option you select is a HSW upgrade that only exists as a placeholder on PC

So all vehicles with HSW upgrades will certainly just crash the game if i want to upgrade?

Well, if you end up on a HSW thingy, yes

this is an interesting bug that I've not come accross before as I have the gen9 dlcs disabled. There is a native that looks for HSW mods, it could be used to ignore them in the list potentially
