search does not find pytng docs #199

Searching for anything specifically related to pytng such as TNGFileIterator does not give any results. (Searching for pytng only finds blog posts).

pytng has a sitemap.xml and is part of the master sitemap.

The https://www.mdanalysis.org/pytng/sitemap.xml contains broken links such as https://www.mdanalysis.org/pytng/0+untagged.1.g65b4c0c/documentation_pages/API.html (which should be https://www.mdanalysis.org/pytng/documentation_pages/API.html ). For some reason, the release is inserted. This is likely an issue with the sitemap sphinx plugin.
