Reports generation customization issue

1. for the reports generation, is there any way for us to change the code so that if we're running zbrains on only one structure, it will only output that structure? Currently, if I run zbrains on --struct cortex the report generation will be stopped with an error (I think it's because it's expecting all structures for the report generation).
2. For features, I think it would be nice if the reports could also be generated with only the features stated in --feat , because currently even if I run analysis for --feat thickness the reports still automatically output every feature available from previously generated analyses
