A nice website theme

Hey @smoia, I got a bit of free time, would you like me to change the theme of the documentation build?
IMO, the default sphinx theme is not very appealing, while you have options like:

• Furo: https://pradyunsg.me/furo/quickstart/
• Pydata-sphinx-theme: https://pydata-sphinx-theme.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ (although the example is overly customized and nicer than the default)
• Alabaster: https://alabaster.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html
