COMPASS - bokeh application

COMPASS is a compact tokamak fusion energy device in Czech Republic.
This simply bokeh application allows to study cross sections of plasma electron temperature Te[eV] and electron density Ne[1/m^3]. Input data are stored in data directory. Original data are save in equilibrium.npz file.

With this tool one can generate 2D data formatted for further spectroscopic analysis.

Example

Generate HTML file with bokeh application for specific plasma scenario:

python compass.py 3100

Output file: COMPASS_scenario_3100.html
