The NUS Sung and Spoken Lyrics Corpus is maintained by the School of Computing, National University of Singapore, Singapore. Perhaps you could write a mail to one of [zhiyan, fanght, li-bo, simkc, wangye]@comp.nus.edu.sg to request access to the dataset.
