Search Engine Optimization and Large Language Model spam begone!
Inspired by this Lemmy Post, finding official documentation nowadays on search engines is to put it lightly, insufferable because of the Search Engine Optimization arms race. With the added mix of Large Language Models like Openai's ChatGPT and Google's Gemini, finding official documentation on pretty much anything nowadays is essentialy a Sisyphean task. You'll end up with unofficial docs, official docs but for ancient versions, irrelevant Q&A, Stack Overflow posts and just plain garbage.
So heres a tool that fixes that.
By just typing in the service you are using and the thing you want to search docs for, then Gimme The Docs will give you the docs.
For example: "Python 3 if" will bring you to this doc.
