File Explorer Application Focus Switch #486

Describe the bug
Windows File Explorer is not listed in the "Automatically Switch to Folder" "on Application Focus"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Right Click on Folder
Select Edit
Select "On Application Focus"
Click Dropdown, "explorer" is not listed

Expected behavior
explorer should be listed

Additional context
have confirmed that when File Explorer is in "focused_application" variable lists "explorer"
