Install mudule not showing button after changing country and state #3

Hello,

using magento 2.4.2 and execute following commands

composer require magento-garage/m2-gst-india
Using version ^1.0 for magento-garage/m2-gst-india
./composer.json has been updated
Running composer update magento-garage/m2-gst-india
Loading composer repositories with package information
In Laminas\DependencyPlugin\DependencyRewriterV2::onPrePoolCreate
Updating dependencies
Nothing to modify in lock file
Installing dependencies from lock file (including require-dev)
Nothing to install, update or remove
sudo php bin/magento setup:upgrade
sudo php bin/magento setup:di:compile

also checked status of modules but showing name of module
4. php bin/magento module:statusule

please help asap,
