Access to XMLHttpRequest has been blocked by CORS policy #36

I can't register or do any requests, I have this return:

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'http://chatapp.local/api/v1/register' from origin 'http://chatapp.local:8080' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

Anybody knows what is this? :/
