Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users need to be able to distinguish sequence sources without programming skills.
Describe the solution you'd like
One extra column that contains info on the protein sequence source. This should include 'reverse' or 'decoy' and if one could specify the contaminants fasta as such, 'contaminant' could be added as standardized level to the fasta column (This would make downstream pipeline development easier, as the actual contaminants filename wouldn't have any influence).
Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternative is currently in regular expressions or cross-file referencing.
