Describe the bug
When I use newgan manager, japanese players dont show the newgan face pic although they have the correct ID and pic assign in the config

That happen with all japanese players

I don't know if it heps, but i think there are some new restrictions to japanese player names and newgens in the new DB update.

Experiencing the same with Asia and Oceania based players. Newgan images are not showing, however config file shows their entry

maybe something to do with japanese licensing?
