Closer to CSLA 6

I just merged a PR into main that gets BlazorExample running (plus another console app I've been using to test various things). I think we're quite close now to being able to put up an early preview release, because at least in Blazor wasm and Console apps the basic functionality of local/remote data portal and business rules now works.

If anyone has bandwidth to try doing some testing in other UI models please let me know and I'll help you get running - I really don't know if things will work yet in winforms, wpf, uwp, aspnet mvc, etc.

So much has changed due to adoption (embrace) of dependency injection, that thorough testing is required across the board.
