@bobbyiliev confirmed that this works, so assigning it as a low-prio task to get this in the /unstable docs! There are some known limitations laid out in #8054.

Swapping a community Slack link — now useless, due to its retention policies 😞 — for a GitHub issue that documents the known limitations of SQL Server CDC via Debezium. This is a good reminder to get #10989 on our radar again!

@MaterializeInc/docs, as a preventive measure, we could give the documentation a quick sweep for similar situations, to guarantee we're not at risk of losing context over time if there are other places that point to Slack threads.

### Motivation

Adding a SQL Server CDC guide that follows the exact same structure as
the existing MySQL guide.

Also added a demo
[here](MaterializeInc/demos#93) for this.
