I tried to tethered downgrade on iPod touch 6 gen, iPhone 7 (GSM) and iPad Pro 9,7 and the process stops on “Restore Successful. Rebuilding icon cache please wait.” I left it over night and nothing happened. Then I tried to reboot my device and it was bootlooped.
