Fetching industrialcraft cables

Issue description:
When using recipes in crafting cards that require IC2 cables, the "get reagents smart" function will not differentiate between normal cables or insulated cables

Steps to reproduce:
Add a crafting card that requires insulated copper cables for the recipe in the workbench.
Place both normal copper cables and insulated copper cables in a storage scanner "storage".
Make a program that uses "get reagents smart" to fill the workbench.
Crafting request will fail and the workbench will contain the wrong cables or a mix of any insulated version of the cable type.
