Issue description:
When a redstone signal is output to a side or is stopped being output to a side, the block doesn't update so the redstone signal isnt passed to that block without manually updating the block

Steps to reproduce:
Set processor to output a redstone signal to a side, nothing will happen till you update the redstone via block placement/breaking

Versions:

  • Minecraft: 1.16.5
  • Forge: 36.0.10
  • McJtyLib: 5.0.15
  • RFTools: 2.0.9
  • RFTools Control: 4.0.6

Possibly incompatible mods and versions:

Using the enigmatica 6 pack, trying to make a floor based "create" elevator with an analog lever.

Relevant logs, if any:

Just noticed the version isn't listed as compatible with 1.16.5, will try updating to 4.0.7
