[MEM-117] Accounts Setting is not intuitive

Describe the solution you'd like
The Accounts Settings screen flow is not intuitve. Many users will not understand how to add additional accounts.

This is to some extent due to the "Settings" -> "Accounts" -> "Change Account Settings" flow.

"Change Account Settings" is misleading.

Proposal: Remove the "Accounts" screen and go right to the "Change Account Settings" screen. Rename "Change Account Settings" to "Accounts". That should result in a much more understandable UI.

Additional suggestion: put a help text on the Accounts screen, explaining how to switch Accounts.
