This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") governs the use of services provided by Mentors Outreach (referred to as "we," "our," or "Mentors Outreach"). By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time, and it is your responsibility to regularly check for updates.

Provision of Service:

  1. Lawful Use:

    • Our services may only be used for lawful purposes. Users must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Any material or conduct violating this policy may result in the suspension or termination of services or account removal with or without notice.
  2. Professional and Ethical Obligations:

    • Users engaging in coaching or mentoring relationships must adhere to professional, legal, and ethical obligations. It is the user's responsibility to act within the established boundaries set by their mentor or coach.

Eligibility:

  1. Age and Suspension History:
    • Users must be at least 18 years old and must not have been previously suspended or removed from using Mentors Outreach services.

Account:

  1. Accurate Information and Security:
    • Users agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, maintain account details, secure their accounts by not sharing passwords, promptly report security breaches, and assume responsibility for all account activities.

Prohibited Content:

Users may not upload, use, create, or share content that:

  • Is prohibited by the entity providing access.
  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or supports criminal or civil offenses.
  • Creates a risk of harm to individuals, animals, or property.
  • Is obscene, pornographic, indecent, or sexually explicit?
  • Depicts graphic violence or makes threats of violence.
  • Is offensive, harassing, tortuous, or objectionable.
  • Violates intellectual property or proprietary rights.

Restrictions on Use of Service:

Users are prohibited from:

  • Renting, leasing, selling, sublicensing, or creating derivative works of the services.
  • Distributing or making the services available over a network.
  • Modifying, disclosing, or reverse engineering any part of the services.
  • Removing, altering, or obscuring proprietary rights notices.
  • Using the services in a manner that negatively affects other users or impairing functionality.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the services.

If you violate any of the foregoing restrictions, your right to use the Services will immediately and automatically terminate.

Feedback:

Any feedback provided regarding the services becomes Mentors Outreach's property, and users waive any rights to such feedback.

No Medical Advice:

Services provided do not constitute therapy or medical advice. Users must consult with a medical professional for medical decisions. Mentors Outreach Care user programs involving mental health providers are separate from the AUP.
