implement encrypt/decrypt functionalities #4

encrypt and decrypt functionailites needed.

It is going to read frome sub64 data file in the home folder and create a string array with all 95 encryption words.

It will do base64 then.

The decrypt functionality is the reverse of encrypt functionailty.
