controller.php - not appearing in 'awaiting installation'

Have extracted and renamed the folder to "msv_table" and copied to /packages folder in a test 5.7 installation. It is not showing as "Awaiting Installation" is there a way to execute the controller.php from concrete5 ?

I'm not having an issue installing, I've been able to down the zip, unzip it to the top level packages folder, rename it to msv_table and install it.

The only thing I can think of is that you've perhaps not copied in a file. It should like the attached. (just ignore the .gitignore file)
