Beim Mailversand aus dem MOS (metalab.at/announce) sollen die Mails optional auch an Core/Vorstand gehen. Idealerweise auch mit Auswahl ob je empfangender Mail ein Ticket oder gesammelt.

Usecase:
Reminder an mitgliedsbeitragsbefreite / ermäßigte Member können so ein neues Ticket erzeugen bzw. zu einem bestehenden Ticket hinzufügen.
