Please stop using name Linux. You clearly demonstrated you have no interest in emulating a REAL FULL Linux environment.

Call it windows development environment. call it semi-linux. call it whatever.

but stop inducing people in error by calling it linux, because it's not. you'll never implement full kernel, you'll never get audio working etc because you don't really want a full-blown linux distro but instead you just chery-picked linux features that you were failing to implement with powershell.
