Telemetry collection can be disabled by declining to participate in the customer experience improvement program during installation or at any time from the Settings-> Options menu within the Threat Modeling Tool and deselecting "Take part in anonymous customer experience improvement program."
Security issues and bugs should be reported privately, via email, to the Microsoft Security Response Center (MSRC) at secure@microsoft.com. You should receive a response within 24 hours.
