Change interactive window to also wrap

We are not supporting the retina figure format correctly. We are getting the 2x res image but also displaying it at 2x size it appears.

change interactive window to be wrap.

Validated. Example from the top now wraps into the space available instead of pushing out a h-scroll. Also handled screen size changes and shrinking / growing vscode window.
