Specifically, docker login --email was removed in docker v17.06. See docker-ce PR-64.

Hi @gitfool,

Indeed, a lot has changed recently with docker. Also documentation is much better and I'm thinking about go over all commands and update them.
For now, I'll skip your PR and see if I can update everything. Not sure yet, but thanks anyway.
