Employment statuses
This table defines the employment statuses (part time, full time, volunteer, etc.).
The fields include

Code: Not needed or used?

Description: Name or description of the status

Org member: Indicates that a person with this status is a member of the organization (whatever that means for your group), as opposed to visitors, associates, or whatever. Used in filtering reports.

Umbrella: Indicates that someone is "under the umbrella" or aegis of the organization, but not a member. [We use this to denote those for which we have some responsibility such as visas, security arrangements, etc.]

Current use: Indicates that this is a status that is currently meaningful and can be applied to a new member. (This lets us keep non-current statuses in the database so they can apply to past employees, while keeping them off the selection list for current members.)

Child: Statuses which are applied to children (dependent, adult child, college, boarding school, ...)
