Describe the bug

When on the account tab while logged in and you make your browser size smaller, both the sign out and sign in buttons appear. But when on normal full size, only the sign out button is shown.

To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Account
2. Minimize your browser tab size
3. See both sign out and sign in buttons appear

Expected behaviour

Only the sign out button should show up because you are already logged in and you don't need to sign in again.
