Refactored a large part of the lua to have all Windower4 specifics in one file. This allows for Ashita integration in future (one lua file).

Fixed issue with Enhancing not working (Such as WHM boost spells/haste etc)
Removed the Sortie addon and incorporated it with Silmaril for smoother interface.
Fixed bitzer locations and automatically swaps objectives when you zone (you can still manually click A/B/C/D to track enemies)
Major bard changes

Paeon / Minne dummy I-V songs now supported (for those gs ppl.....)
Can now Sing two songs then two dummy if so wish.
Can limit rebuffing a player if songs keep dropping (Gaol dispel etc) by checking the "Optional" setting
JA's are moved to the Bard JA section to make it easier to enable/disable functions
Found a few bugs and improved reliability.
Can use non-unique dummy songs but unique is still best practice
