Currently,

defaults generate the normally use supplied content (name of player & country)
no transaction wrapping all of the AR commits
would be nice to include some learning for the query object extending

Summary of enrollment including

Flash message display on successful campaign joining
Display which campaign joined
display who runs the campaign
confirmation - display player name with link to edit
confirmation - display country name with link to edit
cancellation button (roll back)
how to quit
to see who isn't active as user
to see who isn't active as a particular character
