This Smart Contract allows us to tokenize subscriptions via of the NFTs (ERC-5643 and ERC-721).
This can be useful for when NFTs are required to be dynamic, as in the case of when you have to be subscribed to a service such as housing rental, gym subscription, Netflix subscription, etc.
