What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load lesson plan page at compliancewire.com (subscription site)
2. Click to open PDF which is a Post function
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

MSIE 8 crashes. Twice.  "Internet Explorer has stopped trying to restore this 
website. It appears that the website continues to have a problem."

Firefox doesn't crash.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

IE 8.0.7600 / Windows 7 Professional

Please provide any additional information below.

Note the problem is the Google Opt-out DLL:

I get this too.  Took forever why pdf files opening in IE was crashing

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Today we have released 
version 0.9.1 which addresses this problem. Your installation should 
automatically update to this new version within the next 24 hours. No further 
action is needed. You can check the currently installed version via Internet 
Explorer's Tools | Manage Add-ons menu option.
