The Google Docs for extensions are hard to find on gtfs.org

Problem
I was looking for the Public GTFS-Fares v2 Google doc, which is the most important file to look at for this extension.
The link to this file in gtfs.org is hard to find: it's behind the title of the extension in https://gtfs.org/extensions/.
I expect many users wouldn't click on it because it looks like a title, not a link. All other links on gtfs.org are coloured blue.

Recommendation
Here are some options:

• change the color of the extension titles so they are blue, which indicates a link to an additional resource
• add a link to the document in the right section where the bullet points are

Additional context
Here is a video of what I did to find this link. The only reason I clicked on the title was that I knew this file was linked somewhere.
