trying to shoot a foam force pistol (sourced from new cargo tab) without a weapon permit will fail. this is because theyre using Permit-Locked firing pins. this is inconsistent behaviour with the Donksoft SMG (sourced from new cargo tab), which still uses a electronic firing pin.

not a bug, the pistol was ordered via cargo budget, which has permit locks on guns compared to personally purchased guns. close when avaliable.
