About The Pull Request

Ports tgstation#75487, which adds 3 new ethereal drinks to the game; tgstation#77424, which resprites soda cans and adds wellcheers juice; and tgstation#75988, which adds Martian foods and drinks; tgstation#77442, which adds T, a tox and drowsiness version of nothing for mimes; tgstation#77887, which gives created foods mood buffs based on complexity, and benefits to natural produce.

Why It's Good For The Game

More drinks are good, giving ethereals a reason to hang out at the bar is nice for RP situations.
New weeb food and drinks, a neutral change at best. /s
A new type of soda can and clearer sprites for existing cans.
T is funny.
slightly incentivizes interactions between hydroponics and bar/kitchen to make better foods.

add: Voltaic Yellow Wine - New "base" drink, found in booze-o-mat. No special effects besides acting as a weak ethereal food. Not very potent in terms of alcohol.

add: Telepole - New mixed drink themed after thunderstorms, gives the same shock-resist grey bull does. Made from 1 part Voltaic Wine, 1 Part Sake, and 2 parts Dark & Stormy. Moderately potent.

add: Pod Tesla - New mixed drink, themed after the old removed tesla engine (the singulo gets a cocktail, it should too!) Grants a brave - bull phobia resist, and a stronger grey bull shock resist allowing you to (temporarily) resist tesla arcs from reactive armor and the SM's tesla coils. Gives a pleasant thought to whoever drank it, because this thing is a pain to make. Made from 5 parts admiralty, 5 parts telepole, and 3 parts brave bull. Highly potent.

qol: Unsure if this counts as QOL or balance, but the fact sol dry is in 3 different cocktails but the bartender has to buy 30u cans of it made me feel it deserved being added to the soda dispenser.

add: Hand-crafted food also gives a non-mood buff. The buff type depends on recipe complexity and duration - on ingredient quality.
code: Added infrastructure to assign custom buff to certain dishes for unique effects
add: Consumable reagents now care about purity, being more nutritious with higher purity. Dispensers give synthetic food, natural sources are organic and better and give longer buffs.
add: Grown food reagent purity now depends on lifespan, endurance and instability stats of the seed.
add: Natural booze now uses the same purity formula and 100% purity can increase booze power by up to 200%.
add: Added Fat reagent that is now a base type for lard, vegetable oil, olive oil. Corn oil and cooking oil merged into vegetable oil.
balance: Reagents and their purities are preserved during food chemical reactions, processing, cooking and crafting.
balance: Sugar nutrition rebalanced due to it being 100% pure in chem dispenser, overdose happens at 100u now.
fix: grind_results of grown food give full amount equal to all removed nutrients instead of just /datum/reagent/consumable/nutriment
qol: Seed Extractor now shows additional seed data: possible mutations, juicing result, grinding result, fermentation result
