Design Festival Guide: final version - final deadline Oct 11

Based on work in Festival Guide version 1 (Sept 20) + 2 (Sept 27) #135 and concept work in #69

Deadlines:

• Final Revisions [Carrie-Ann]: Oct 3
• Copyediting [Erika]: Oct 3-6
• Final copy edits [Carrie-Ann]: Oct 7-11
• Send to printers [Marc]: EOB Oct 11

Next steps:

• Carrie to update notebook cover over the weekend (then put design in template Design notepad - Deadline Oct 11 #150 - this has to go to print end of day Monday)
• Erika & co. to review final copy edits
• Designers will add small bits of feedback to redpen
• Map: Carrie to determine size and pattern for the back of the map insert (needs to coordinate with Ed Design Wayfinding: Floor plan maps - Deadline Oct 11 #91)
• (if time, maybe a glitch placeholder for missing wranglers)

I've sent this to my copy editing team. I've requested they provide feedback by end of day Saturday.

Final round of copy edits is done, all the design updates are done with the exception of the glitch cover which @sabrinang is updating.

Guide looked great! Size, matte print, and paper turned out well.

Volunteers did however complain about the amount of work it was to assemble these packages, compared to just putting them into a tote bag.
