*hax2.5 support (updated ctrulib)

@luigoalma was kind enough to update 2048-3D to the latest ctrulib version for all to enjoy!

(As cia/3ds build do not need a newer version to function you will have to download 1.0.0 if you want to use those builds!)

Note: the .3dsx and .smdh are seperate, for use with *hax put both files in SD:/3ds/2048-3D/ (Only 3dsx is required but for the icon and title .smdh is needed)

Fully playable, still needs some graphical polish. Maybe other board sizes?
