🐛 "Double-click trigger key to trigger Loop" doesn't work #227
Comments
Thanks! I can reproduce this on my side as well. Next time, please make sure to use the "bug report" issue template, since the Loop build number is also an important piece of information to consider when fixing a bug! (no need to take action for this issue though!) |
oh ok i will keep that in mind thanks a lot mate❤️ |
Hey there is a problem, if you keep pressing one key while looping, suppose i press trigger key and press up arrow and keep pressing it the alert sounds will go off and keep going unless i stop like when there is no shortcut and you press that key combination |
I am unable to reproduce that. Would you be able to submit a new issue regarding this? More importantly, has this issue been resolved using the build provided above? |
I will have to use loop for sometime to give you a review about the status of this issue since it takes a while to come by, but i am on a vacation and not using my mac a lot you will have to wait a little, maybe a week more |
Yes, the bug is still there, i don't know it's cause tho, it randomly starts behaving like that just after i recorded my first video, i noticed this bug again, my trigger keys are right ⌥ pressed twice |
Actually, this is currently intended behaviour, as Loop will pass-through keys. But this does indeed seem annoying so I'll see what I can do to fix that :) That's really weird! I will investigate this once more haha! |
Hey, one thing i was able to identify is that if i toggle double-click trigger key to trigger Loop, the app starts behaving normally again, i am quite annoyed by loop suddenly giving up on me, and to make it work i have to open the app and toggle this button just to find it behaving like this again after some time |
Actually, upon further investigation, #166 seems to be the cause of this problem as well. I will be closing this as a duplicate of that :) |
