Hi,

I wasn't experiencing this issue on GNOME (Pop OS) and Unity (Ubuntu) but am seeing this on Plasma (KDE) :

Thanks

Can confirm on Arch Linux (flatpak)
After further inspection, it seems that Gittyup's runtime WM Class and desktop file is incorrectly set to com.github.gittyup.gittyup instead of com.github.Murmele.Gittyup
Renaming com.github.Murmele.Gittyup.desktop to com.github.gittyup.gittyup.desktop in /var/lib/flatpak/exports/share/applications fixes the issue, but is an ugly workaround.

Yup. I've got the same problem. You can pin the desktop file to your panel, but after clicking it it will just open in a window with the Wayland icon. Confirmed on Fedora (KDE)
