Steps to perform in order to publish a paper:

  • Verify code perform "industrialization step".
  • Generate MC runs for a complete final tune
  • Validate the results by checking:
    • model performance
    • correlations
    • uncertainties

@alioli What kind of setup (i.e. analyses, processes, tunable variables) should I use for the new runs for the final tune? (step 2)
