Use case

Compiling with nvhpc on Derecho

Is your feature request related to a problem?

There is no mkmf.template available in build_templates to compile with nvhpc on Derecho.

Describe your preferred solution

Create mkmf "mkmf.template.nvhpc" based on existing mkmf.template.pgi.cray

Describe any alternatives you have considered

Compile with nvhpc using mkmf.template.pgi.cray as mkmf.template
