An error message of “fatal: Undefined identifier: (cd_string) is undefined, can't continue” pumped up while cd_string function was being used.

I'm using NCL 6.4.0 on a Linux server (
Linux version 2.6.32-431.el6.x86_64 (mockbuild@x86-023.build.eng.bos.redhat.com) (gcc version 4.4.7 20120313 (Red Hat 4.4.7-4) (GCC) ) )

NCL script and data file are attached.

You need to add
load "$NCARG_ROOT/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/contrib/cd_string.ncl"
in the head of you script.
