Equiv_DBH does not display in the sapling section of the Event Report.

Issue is tied to the query generating Equiv_DBH & its complexity (for Access). Testing shows when Equiv_DBH is included, the entire sapling section drops out of the Event Report.

May need to defer this item for more investigation.

Looking at old data sheets. 2010 was the first year for equivalent diameter and in was not available for saplings then. Prior to that, sum basal area was shown and that was shown for trees and saplings. However, the sapling numbers look wrong to me when there are multiple stems.

Added new field that retrieves Sapling Equiv DBH using GetEquivDBH function created for addressing #122

Result
Equivalent DBH displays with same value as calculated in Sapling stems form.
