Describe the bug
We found that TAT will wait response for so long time from the server when it is in the timeout status.

To Reproduce
When the server timeout, open TAT.

Expected behavior
TAT should have a shorter timeout limit time, maybe 15 sec.
When the time reached this limit, it will automatically give up current request and considered to be a timeout result.
This design is for offline reading.
